Job summary

The Learning Experience – Foxboro is seeking a flexible and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to provide classroom support across our center in Foxboro, MA. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and a competitive hourly pay of $22–$23.

You will help ensure children receive a consistent, engaging experience no matter which classroom you're in, by covering breaks and ratios and assisting teaching teams with developmentally appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required.
• Experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, or early childhood preferred.
• Comfortable supporting multiple classrooms and age groups.
• Flexible, dependable, nurturing, and team-oriented; meet all applicable Massachusetts EEC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, break, and ratio coverage throughout the center.
• Support classrooms based on daily staffing needs.
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
• Engage children through play, art, music, movement, and hands-on activities.
• Support meals, rest time, toileting/diapering, and classroom transitions.
• Maintain positive guidance and attentive supervision.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teaching teams.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms.
