Magical Beginnings Learning Centers in South Peabody is urgently hiring a Floating Schoolwide Support Teacher to assist infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms throughout the day. You will help maintain classroom ratios and ensure high-quality childcare in a warm, structured environment.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and positive relationships with children and families. EEC Teacher Certification is preferred, and 30–40 hours per week within center hours (7:00 am - 5:00 pm) is expected.

Qualifications

• EEC Teacher Certification preferred; dual certified a plus.
• A minimum of one year experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
• A passion for early childhood education.
• Comfortable working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-age children.
• Flexible, calm, and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week within operating hours (7:00 am - 5:00 pm)
• A collaborative culture where teachers support one another.
