Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Earn $18 per hour with flexible shifts and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Weekend availability is required for all shifts, including 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, and overnight 11 PM–7 AM. Caregivers provide one-on-one support, help with daily living skills, document progress, and communicate with the team to ensure consistent, quality care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and required training.
• 21 years old or older with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
