Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Successful background check and required training needed.
• At least 21 years old and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills and transportation; support independent living.
• Encourage participation in social activities and community events.
• Document care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
