Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication as authorized
• Implement behavior support plans and monitor health, safety, and well-being
• Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Assist with transportation to appointments or community events and support community inclusion
