Job summary

OneWell Health Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Pipersville, PA, with flexible scheduling and non-exempt status. The DSP will provide hands-on, person-centered care in home and community settings, supporting daily living activities, health monitoring, mobility, and community participation under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and English proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Experience with electronic documentation and EVV systems is advantageous.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn care-plan documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to individuals with IDD in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and health monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in trainings and team meetings.
• Follow ISP/IPP and behavior support plans under supervision.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance; support community inclusion.
