Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work in the community.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, progress, and activities accurately.
• Communicate with the care team to ensure consistent support.
