Crest Services in Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide compassionate, person-centered care in group home settings. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and help them live safely, independently, and with dignity.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time opportunities, 8–12 hour shifts, weekend rotation, paid training, and a sign-on bonus. Prior caregiving experience is not required—training is provided to help you succeed within our faith-based

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• English reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension required.
• Caregiving experience preferred but training provided.
• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Provide compassionate support while encouraging independence
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior
• Assist with transportation to appointments, community outings, and recreational activities
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and fellow team members
• Provide support with specialized care needs including wound care, bladder care, bowel care, and catheter care as needed
