Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role emphasizes compassion, reliability, and helping clients live with independence.

Your duties include one‑on‑one support, daily living assistance, and promoting participation in community activities, with emphasis on documentation and teamwork. Training is provided and benefits apply where state location allows.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.
