Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll provide one-on-one care and help people live as independently as possible, in a role that values dignity and compassion.

Starting pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour with weekly pay. Eligible DSPs enjoy flexible schedules, paid training, benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career growth as you become a hero in your community.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and a desire to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assisting with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Encouraging participation in social and community activities.
• Helping individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promoting choice, independence, and self‑advocacy.
• Accurately documenting care, activities, and progress.
