OneWell Health Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Eastlake, OH to provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD and Autism in home and community settings. You will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure health and safety while respecting participant choices and rights.
The DSP will implement ISPs, support skill development, document activities, and collaborate with families and care teams.
Formación
- Direct Support Professionals assist individuals with IDD and Autism in daily living activities and promotes independence.
- Work experience in caregiving, healthcare, or community-based services is preferred.
- Roles require adherence to ISPs, health & safety protocols, and documentation standards.
Responsabilidades
- Provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD and Autism.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication support, mobility and community participation.
- Implement ISPs and behavior support strategies; monitor health and safety; complete documentation.
