Job summary

OneWell Health Care seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Eaton, OH to provide person-centered support to individuals with IDD and Autism. The DSP will assist with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure health and safety in home and community settings.

Under supervision, you will implement ISPs, document health and behavior observations, and support community participation while maintaining dignity and respect for participants.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ohio DODD-required training.
• Medication administration certification when assigned.
• Background checks (BCI/FBI) and MVR as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with IDD and Autism.
• Implement ISPs and behavior support strategies.
• Maintain documentation and health observations.
• Ensure health, safety, and dignity in daily activities.
• Coordinate with families and care teams; participate in training.
