Dental Associates MN in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our friendly dental team. The role is full-time and serves as the first impression for patients, coordinating front desk operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, with or without prior dental office experience. Training is provided, and we value professionalism, compassion, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles preferred.
• Dental office experience highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• HIPAA confidentiality knowledge.
• Proficient with computers and scheduling systems.

Mansioni

• Answer phones promptly and professionally and direct patient inquiries appropriately
• Schedule appointments for doctors, dental therapists, and hygienists
• Verify and update patient billing and insurance information
• Check in patients upon arrival and maintain privacy, efficiency, and a welcoming environment
• Update patient forms and scan documentation into patient charts
• Coordinate interpreter services as needed to support patient care
• Process referrals, record transfers, prescription requests, head start forms, and post-operative calls
• Process patient payments and ensure accurate posting to provider accounts
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
