Sunbelt Staffing in Bristol, CT is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver comprehensive assessments and therapy in a school setting, supporting students' communication and social participation. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, develop IEPs, and maintain documentation.

A Master's in SLP and state licensure are required; CCC-SLP is preferred; pediatric/school experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
CCC-SLP preferred; clinical fellows considered.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services within the school setting.
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' goals.
Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress reports, and compliance records.
Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff trainings as required.
