Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking licensed speech-language pathologists for school-based roles serving elementary students onsite near New Britain, CT. This contract, full-time position offers up to 35 hours per week across two campuses, with a Zoom-based interview process.

CCC-SLP are encouraged; CFs may apply with supervision provided by the district, subject to capacity. SLPAs are not eligible for this assignment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This contract, full-time opportunity features two available positions, each serving elementary caseloads onsite in a vibrant educational community near New Britain, CT.

In this role, you will work up to 35 hours weekly, with the possibility of splitting time between two school sites. Your expertise will help guide students toward improved communication skills and daily success. Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC) SLPs are especially encouraged to apply, but dedicated Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome as welldistrict-provided supervision may be available, though with limited capacity.

What You Bring:

• Current, active SLP license in CT
• Strong school-based SLP experience (required)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred; CFs considered with supervision
• Ability to manage a diverse elementary caseload
• Willingness to split time across two campuses if needed
• Flexibility, communication, and organization skills
• Up-to-date district fingerprinting and background check, or willingness to complete
• Ready for a Zoom-based interview process
• Please note: SLPAs will not be considered for this assignment
