Job summary

Topaz Fiscal Services is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to meet residents' personal care needs in accordance with care plans. You will perform bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and assist with mobility, reporting changes to nursing staff.

Valid State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and CEP is required, and good standing in the state registry is essential. Prior LTC experience is preferred. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must have State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and CEP.
• Good standing in the state nursing assistant registry.
• Prior LTC nursing assistant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming of residents.
• Answer call lights and check on residents regularly.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, and turn/reposition bedfast residents.
• Record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Provide post-mortem care as instructed and maintain cleanliness of units.
