Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily bathing, grooming, and mobility.
• Document care and observe/ report changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies promptly and calmly.
• Record charting entries and adhere to facility policies.
