Apple Rehab Cromwell is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our caring team in Cromwell, CT. We offer competitive rates up to $23 per hour, based on experience, with shifts including Part-Time 7-3, Full-Time/Part-Time 3-11, and Per Diem.

Qualifications

• Must hold current CNA certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use.
• C.N.A. documents personal care given according to facility policies and observes/reports changes to supervisor.
• Records charting entries and responds to emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Responds to call lights promptly and adheres to facility policies.
