BrightStar Care of Indianapolis is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide home health services with personalized care plans. You will support clients in their homes, monitor health changes, and communicate any concerns to the clinical team.

We offer a flexible schedule, PRN opportunities, and weekly pay with direct deposit, plus benefits and support resources to help you excel in your role.

Formación

• Current unrestricted HHA/CNA license in the state where care is provided.
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Minimum one year of documented experience in home health, primary care clinic, or health facility.
• Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Licensed driver with valid auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide thoughtful care to clients based on personalized Plans of Care.
• Monitor changes in client conditions and inform nursing leadership.
• Proactively update families on plan of care and health changes.
