Right at Home in Indianapolis is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will support daily living activities, monitor health, and build trusting relationships within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months CNA experience in home health or facilities.
• CNA competency evaluation per state licensing law.
• Sympathetic attitude toward the sick and ability to handle job demands.
• English language proficiency (read/write/speak).
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for work.
• CPR certification recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support mobility and transfers as directed.
• Provide meal assistance and light housekeeping.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to a nurse.
• Maintain clean, safe home environments and document care.
• Communicate with clients and families to ensure comfort.
