Job summary

PATIENT HANDS HOME CARE LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Indianapolis. You will assist patients with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and advocate for their needs, while coordinating with nurses and physicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid CNA certification and CPR/First Aid.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and assist mobility.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
• Provide adjunct patient care.
• Monitor food intake.
• Monitor vital signs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
