Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
