Job summary

Hanger, Inc. seeks a Clinic Manager/ Prosthetist-Orthotist to lead clinical operations, supervise practitioners, technicians and staff, and achieve financial and clinical goals.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and provide or supervise prosthetic and orthotic care in a collaborative environment. Qualifications include ABC/BOC certification, a prosthetics/orthotics degree, and 5 years of direct patient care with 2–4 years supervisory/billing experience.

Qualifications

• Current ABC or BOC board certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
• Bachelor's degree in prosthetics/orthotics or foreign equivalent; ABC eligibility.
• Valid driver’s license as per company policy.
• In states with licensure, ability to obtain/maintain licensure.
• Five years’ experience in Orthotics/Prosthetics providing direct patient care, preferred.
• Two to four years supervisory experience, preferred.
• Two to four years 3rd party billing experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinic operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals for sales, revenue, cash flow, and AR.
• Maintain quality assurance programs to ensure patient satisfaction with clinic services.
• Coordinate sales and marketing plans to develop referral sources and expand revenue opportunities.
• Manage clinic expenses and materials to meet or exceed budget projections.
• Ensure OSHA and other safety regulations and compliance are followed.
• Ensure employees adhere to Compliance Program and Ethics codes.
• Provide direct patient care services for orthotic and/or prosthetic conditions as appropriate.
