Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver/HHA to provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to seniors at home. You will help with daily living activities, mobility, meal prep, and light housekeeping while maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA certificate.
• Two positive professional or personal references.
• Compassionate, dependable approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe home environment and follow care plans and policies.
