Interim HealthCare is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides (HHAs) in COOPERSVILLE, MI to support seniors at home. You can choose full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules and assignments near you, with options for flexible shifts and nearby opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of prior adult caregiving experience OR completion of a CNA course/certificate.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and the care team.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily support to seniors and other clients
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities they enjoy, such as games, puzzles, reading, and hobbies
• Assisting with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• Providing medication reminders and reporting changes in a client's condition to your supervisor
• Maintaining a safe home environment, including keeping pathways clear and free of hazards
• Providing care and support as directed by the care plan, supervisor, and applicable policies and regulations

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
