Job summary

Gundersen Health System seeks a Master’s prepared Therapist to join our Integrated Care team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in the Onalaska Complex Care Services clinic. This 0.8–1.0 FTE role focuses on real-time assessments and brief interventions within primary care.

You will collaborate with Adult, Child and Adolescent psychologists and therapists, contribute to clinical protocols, and engage in quality improvement initiatives to advance system-wide integration of behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling or social work.
• LPC or LCSW license.
• Wisconsin license eligibility.
• Integrated primary care experience preferred.
• Multi-state licensure eligibility with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief, problem-focused assessments and interventions in real time.
• Develop and implement BHC clinical protocols and quality initiatives for primary care integration.
• Collaborate with adult, child and adolescent psychologists and therapists.
• Work under physician supervision and may provide outreach services as part of the system.
