Job summary

Emplify Health in Onalaska seeks a Master's prepared Therapist to join the Integrated Care team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) at 0.8–1.0 FTE in our Complex Care Services clinic.

Responsibilities include brief, problem-focused assessments and interventions, development of BHC protocols, and contributing to system-wide quality improvement initiatives integrating Behavioral Health into Primary Care. Must have Master's and licensure, Wisconsin eligibility, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and licensure as LPC or LCSW.
• Wisconsin license eligibility; multi-state licensure eligibility desired.
• Experience in integrated primary care or medical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide brief, problem-focused assessments/interventions in real time.
• Participate in development and implementation of BHC clinical protocols.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives for system-wide integration of Behavioral Health into Primary Care.
• May provide outreach services as part of the role.
