Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work 1:1 with children with autism. The role offers part-time positions with the opportunity for full-time as caseloads grow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage clients physically.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record client progress data.
