Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with children on the autism spectrum. These roles provide the opportunity to transition to full-time as caseloads grow.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data on client progress. Requirements include a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage actively with clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or childcare is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track client progress data.
