Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles with potential for full-time positions as caseloads grow. Candidates will work one-on-one with children with autism under BCBA supervision, implementing treatment plans and collecting data.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage clients actively.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• All roles subject to local and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement personalized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record client progress data using PBS tools.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field
