Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking part-time Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies. This role provides opportunities for growth into full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
