Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work part-time with children with autism using ABA strategies. This role includes the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. Successful candidates will implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field is a plus.
• Willing to engage and lift clients, must have reliable transportation.
• Experience in relevant fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy
