Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work part-time with children with autism. Ideal candidates can grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand, offering a pathway for career advancement.

The role includes working 1:1 with clients using ABA strategies, as well as implementing treatment plans and reporting on client progress. Candidates must have a high school diploma and engage actively with clients. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move independently during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
