Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking an Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies. This part-time position offers flexibility and the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The successful candidate will implement treatment plans, track client progress, and communicate effectively with families. Comprehensive benefits including medical insurance for those working 30+ hours weekly and a career pathway to become an RBT are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Ability to actively engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation required for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare or education experience
