Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is searching for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to support children with autism. This part-time position offers opportunities to transition into full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally if needed.
• Must be able to actively engage clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
