Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism. Positions are part-time with opportunities to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, stand unassisted, and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
