Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions that can advance to full-time as caseloads grow. You will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation is a must for local travel.
• Able to engage actively with clients and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and track data on client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Reliable transportation

Education

High school diploma (Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field a plus)
