Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) roles. These part-time positions come with opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will work closely with children with autism, implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and maintain communication with families. The role offers a flexible schedule and competitive pay, including a quarterly bonus of $500 for averaging 25 hours a week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to engage clients, lift up to 50lbs, and move unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
