Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time positions with the potential to transition into full-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's a plus.
• Reliability and local travel flexibility required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related field is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans supervised by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
