Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Alaska. These part-time positions offer the potential for full-time roles as demand grows.

Responsibilities include working directly with children with autism, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and clinical teams. Ideal candidates should have a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and the ability to engage clients actively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally if required.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect data to track client progress.

Skills

Experience in ABA therapy

Childcare experience

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Education
