Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Alaska. These part-time positions offer opportunities to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates will work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA strategies under supervision while receiving valuable support and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; relevant bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage clients.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
