Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in West Springfield, MA. Part-time roles are available, with the possibility to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in a related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Experience with ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress using PBS tools.
• Communicate with families to ensure client success.
• Attend supervisions and training sessions.

Skills
