Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Springfield, MA. This part-time position offers the chance to transition into full-time work as caseloads grow. The roles include working 1:1 with children using ABA strategies under supervision, implementing treatment plans, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required, with a preference for a Bachelor’s in a related field.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for local travel.
• Experience working with children in similar roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
