Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Wilbraham, MA. These part-time positions come with the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in related field is a plus.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
