Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for part-time roles in North Adams, Massachusetts. These positions offer the potential to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

The ideal candidates will work closely with children using ABA strategies under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing treatment plans and tracking their progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients and assist with physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
