Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistant and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians in Westfield, Massachusetts. These part-time positions provide the opportunity to grow into full-time roles as caseloads expand. You will work closely with children with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under a BCBA's supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, Bachelor's is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data to track client progress.
