Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Waltham, MA. Qualifications

• High school diploma; Bachelor’s a plus.
• Reliable transportation and local travel willingness.
• Ability to engage clients actively and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
