Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) in Massachusetts. These part-time positions offer opportunities for growth into full-time roles as caseloads expand.

Responsibilities include working 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies, implementing treatment plans, and tracking client progress. Flexible scheduling and competitive pay with additional benefits such as bonuses and health insurance for those working 30+ hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally if required.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
