Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for Entry Level Behavior Assistants and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide individualized support to children with autism. This part-time role offers a pathway to full-time positions as caseloads expand.

Successful candidates will engage clients using ABA strategies, implement plans under the supervision of a BCBA, maintain communication with families, and attend training sessions. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation needed for local travel.
• Experience in ABA therapy or related fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Attend supervisions, meetings, and ongoing training.
