Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking Entry Level Behavior Assistants and Experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work with children with autism using ABA strategies. These part-time roles offer flexible scheduling and a pathway for career growth from Behavior Assistant to RBT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, or education is advantageous.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist clients actively.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record client progress data.
